Risembool Ranger Store Information & Frequently Asked Questions.

Welcome to The Risembool Ranger Store FAQ! Here, you can gather a lot of useful information that might be able to answer your questions!
In general, please note that the Risembool Ranger Store is an individually run process by our beloved Store General. We ARE NOT Amazon.com! Orders are usually process on the same day as purchased or at the very least with in 24 hours of received order. Have patience! And please plan your order accordingly. Certain items may take longer shipping times than what is listed below. If that is the case, we will put individualized shipping information below the product on our Store Page. Also, be mindful that because this IS an individually run store, if an emergency happens to our Store Manager, there may be a slight delay with your order. However, we plan and pray that these things don't happen often! Thanks for your understanding.

1. Do I need a Paypal Account to purchase stuff from the store?
No, paypal will guide you even if you don’t have an account with them.

* Paypal offers you the choices of paying with your credit card, online check, and paypal account. For more information on Paypal's payment method please go to the Paypal Website.) Sorry, but we do not accept cash, COD, money orders and mail in payments.

2. How are the Prices determined?
We try to make sure that you can rock your Ranger stuff for as little as possible. That being said, We sell our items for the price we receive them and pass those savings to you.

3. How quickly can I get my stuff? Do you have Rush Shipping?
The store tends to ship every other week, usually a Friday. Things like dog tags take longer than say pens because we order it from a Third party, but it generally takes 4-6 weeks (a little longer overseas). Some of our products are offered and sold directly from our third-party distributor. (Like calendars, books, etc). For these items, you should check with their individual shipping policies to see their shipping timetables and if Rush shipping is available.

Email rrmatriarch@gmail.com before your order and we will make arrangements if you need your item rushed.

4. How much is shipping? I don't see shipping!
To make things easier, the shipping is included in the price for orders within the United States. International orders will have shipping added at checkout to cover overseas shipping.

5. Do you ship to (Greece, Canada, Amestris?)
Yes, yes, and no. We ship world wide! However we have yet to be able to ship to fictional lands. *For more information about the third party direct merchandise and their international shipping policies, please go to our Store Page and visit their distributor page.

6. I ordered Sheet music, where do I download it from?
Sit tight! the sheet music isn’t an instant download. you will receive an email containing it within 24 hours.
 If you do not receive your copy of the sheet music within 7 days, please contact our Store Manager.

7. Can the head shots be personalized? 
Sadly, no.

8. I ordered a Personal video/Dogtag, but I didn’t get the prompt to give more information:
Please make sure when ordering a personal video you include the following information:
  • Person video is for 
  • Occasion (if any) 
  • Something about the person who will be receiving the video
  • Email the finished video should be sent to.
 If you missed the prompt, Please immediately send a message to our Store Manager with your order information and the personalization information.

For the Dogtags please make sure you provide: 
  • Name 
  • Screenname 
  • Serial number (upwards of 14 numbers either random or significant to you)

9. The item I want is sold out! what do I do?!
It’s alright! Sometimes, items are just SO COOL that we can’t keep it in as fast as it is shipped out. Don’t worry though they DO come back, but in the meantime you can join this email group(linkydoo) to get updates on what items are back in stock.

10. I have an idea for an item….
We would love to hear it! Just send us an email! Subject: "I have an idea..."

11. I received my order, but it's wrong, damaged, or something is missing?
No problem. Are return policy includes: up to 15 days returns for a Full Refund and up to 30 for returns for either an exchange or store credit. Please file all claims with the Store Manager BEFORE you send your item back. Your receipt is not necessary to return with your item, but we would suggest that you keep it for your records to refer to in the event of any issues. 

12. I clicked on a product to purchase it and I couldn't? The button didn't work? The Link was wrong, or nothing happened?
Don't Panic!!! Technical difficulties can and do happen from time to time. If you are experience a technical issue with the store's controls, please contact the webmistress. However technical difficulties that happen in/on the Paypal site are best handled by them. We advise that you contact Paypal technical support immediately with a follow up CC to us about the error transaction.
